A worldwide disaster caused the city to fall to ruins but it now is repopulated
The city is overgrown with plants and is flooded in some parts.All characters are coded in some ways to represent different cultures (ie: hair, customs, etc.) There is a very basic structure to the world, with people inhabiting the abandoned structures left by a series of natural disasters.City is a right by the coastline. Weather is warm and humid, so tropical plants thrive. It does get cool in winter though. Weather is very volatile at times.Currency = ❧ pronounced "stoma(s)"
Most vendors will accept stomas or are willing to trade goods/services

Nagi is a Conger Eel! They are a worn out punk singer and own a witchy smoking lounge. They act as a neighborhood witch who sells coffee and teas to act like elixirs.He is nobinary and transmasc! Their demeanor is usually weary but positive :) He has been through a lot and is currently healing <3

foam occupies an overgrown, indoor water park!while the outside and outer rooms are filled with plant life and moss, the inner cavities are more like a typical pool complex, though abandoned and quite liminal looking.the air smells faintly of chlorine and moss, though the water itself is cooling and fresh. it is slightly salty, much like the water of an estuary.

"smoked eel"
The smoking lounge Nagi owns! The lounge functions as a hangout spot as well as a place for Nagi to sell wares such as spells, tarot readings, and rituals. They host events for each solstice as well as other community events! The name literally translates into "smoked eel" and is a Vietnamese dish. It's also a tea room where Nagi performs tea leaf readings.Nagi also blends his own teas/herbs, as well as cultivates his own tobacco/weed. He provides all of his own products / creations and also has a "secret" menu where he provides clients a safe space to experiment with substances like shrooms. They have a no tolerance policy and are not afraid to boot any unruly patrons.
